The 3smiles.eu showcase site and the app.3smiles.eu application are hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. The application, its database and its secrets are hosted in the Belgium Central region (datacenter located in Belgium). Supporting services — showcase site hosting, technical logging and monitoring — are hosted in the West Europe region (datacenters located in the Netherlands and Ireland). Transactional email data is stored within the European Union. All data therefore remains within the European Union.

Microsoft Azure is ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3 certified and GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in force in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

All the elements making up the 3smiles.eu site and the 3Smiles application — in particular the texts, graphic identity, logos, icons, software components, databases, interfaces and architecture — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation, publication or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited, save for mandatory legal exceptions. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may give rise to legal proceedings on the basis of the applicable provisions of the Code of Economic Law.

The Publisher reserves the right to pursue any infringement and to claim compensation for the damage suffered.
